How to Order
Oysters are sold in packs of 6.
Select 6 of one variety, 3 from two varieties, or order our Taster Pack, which contains 2 of each variety.

Friday Local Delivery (Algarve)
We offer weekly Friday delivery across a central Algarve area covering Querença, São Brás de Alportel, Estoi, Quinta do Lago to Vilamoura, including all surrounding locations within this zone.
If you’re unsure whether your address falls within our delivery area, get in touch and we’ll happily confirm for you.
Outside Our Delivery Area
For locations outside this zone, we’ll contact you to arrange collection from our base in Loulé or Almancil, whichever is most convenient.

How to prepare Olsters
Serving gourmet oysters has never been easier.
Air Fryer: 180°C for 10-12 minutes
Oven Bake: 180°C for 12-15 minutes
Caution: Cool for 3-5 minutes
Keep frozen at –18°C or below
Do not refreeze after defrosting
